At the heart of Luxe Home Aesthetics is Tequila Samuel, a Richmond, Virginia–based Interior Designer/Real Estate Investor dedicated to helping clients in the city and surrounding counties maximize their real estate property investments through expert design services & property management. With more than seven years of experience sourcing distinctive décor and curating interiors, Tequila brings both creativity and practical insight to every project.
Currently pursuing her Certification for Professional Interior Decorator at the University of Richmond, Tequila continues to refine her expertise in space planning, color theory, lighting design, material selection, and project coordination. Her studies deepen her understanding of both aesthetic design principles and the functional needs of today’s homeowners and property investors—allowing her to deliver designs that are as practical as they are beautiful.
